Testing
Jeff personally wrote and executed 100s of manual tests to ensure the quality of games featuring complex economies, monetization, and viral engagement loops.
Agile
While at Disney, Jeff was formally trained in agile and scrum, and received certification. He assisted product teams in scrum, triage, and backlog refinement.
Tools Used
A manual position, the role called for extensive JIRA use, manual testing through various browsers and hardware for compatibility and performance.
